BAR DO PIQUE

A place to meet and relax in the former home of Vinicius de Moraes and Gessy Gesse is about to be inaugurated. Bar do Pique will born as a tribute to the homonymous bar created in the 70s by the actress and the poet, to receive friends and celebrate the art of meeting. The new project by Casa Di Vina, in partnership with Superlimão, has a Bahian-modernist accent and abuses a lot of art. An invitation to stroll “with your eyes forgotten in the meeting of sky and sea”, discovering every corner of the many stories that happened there.

THE SONG OF THE SIREN

On a visit to her homeland, Salvador, actress Ingra Liberato visited the Casa Di Vina Boutique Hotel, in Itapuã, located in an idyllic setting of exuberant nature, in the house where the poet Vinicius de Moraes lived, with his seventh wife, the Bahian Gessy Gesse. During her visit, Ingra recalled the character of the miniseries “O canto das sereias” aired by Rede Manchete, in 1990, in which she played the mermaid Teoxiope, protagonist of the miniseries directed by Jayme Monjardim with a script by Paulo César Coutinho.
IN AQUA SANITAS, IN VINO VERITAS

Did you know that we have exclusive labels from important Brazilian wineries? Casa Di Vina, poetic wine from the Torcello winery, was specially designed for our restaurant, and is available in Merlot and Tannat versions.

The Merlot grape, more expressive and better adapted to the climatic conditions of Vale dos Vinhedos, was chosen for the elaboration of this super special label. Where the fruity characteristics of the grape such as plum, blackberry and raspberry are combined with vanilla notes and the velvety texture provided by maturing in oak barrels. In the mouth it is elegant and with soft tannins.

Tannat, on the other hand, comes from a French variety that is becoming more and more known and consumed for its beneficial properties to health, due to the high concentration of resveratrol, a powerful antioxidant present in the seeds and skin of red grapes. A label with an intense ruby ​​color, aromas of vanilla, coffee, chocolate, plums, raspberry jam and strawberry. In the mouth it shows strong and round tannins, in addition to having a great persistence.

Do you prefer bubbles? We also have two labels of sparkling wines from Vinícola Fabian, exclusively created for Casa Di Vina, available in Brüt and Rosé versions.
